Rising Point Workout of the Day
Train with people in classes available at various times of the day. These classes are coached from beginning to end by professional coaches.
They are a mix of functional movements done at relative intensity. Exercises like: squatting, running, picking objects up, etc. We combine them with other strength and conditioning components to make up a safe and effective Workout of the Day.
Open Gym
Train on your own time at the gym. You have full access to our facilities, equipment, and workouts.
Rising Point Homebound
Train online with full workouts & weekly accountability check-ins. You will have access to our coaching-on-demand and workouts that are safe and effective, all from the comfort of your home.
There is a Bodyweight option and a Minimal Equipment option. Both options are 20-30 minutes long.

MTWRF: 9:30am-10:30am
